COMMISSIONS
SILHOUETTE COMMISSIONS
Standard head & shoulder commissions start from £35 for an individual portrait. They are cut free hand using profile photos as reference. For instructions on what makes a good profile photo visit the FAQ page.
As well as working live at events Alison takes on public and private silhouette commissions for a variety of uses ranging from metalwork sculpture, installations and large scale posters to illustrations, logos and family portraits, including pets!
The composition is first sketched using photos as reference and then cut using surgical scissors and scalpels. Finally each element is delicately stuck down by hand and packed carefully ready for posting to the client.

WEDDING SILHOUETTE COMMISSION
Using photos from your wedding day as reference Alison can create a beautiful, intricately cut silhouette portrait of the bride and groom by first sketching the composition then using scissors and scalpel to cut the classic romantic image. The first wedding anniversary theme is paper so these pieces make great personal gifts for such an occasion.
